Alexandra Peck is a doctoral candidate in Anthropology at Brown University. Her areas of specialization include Critical Indigenous Studies, Native placemaking and placeclaiming, Indigenous definitions of ethnicity and belonging, and multicultural geographies of exile. She is the author of “Wampanoag Homesite: Plimoth Plantation, Plymouth Massachusetts” (2018) in the Journal of American History and “‘We Didn’t Go Anywhere’: Restoring Jamestown S’Klallam Presence & Combating Modern Settler Colonial Amnesia in Western Washington” forthcoming (2021) in the Journal of Northwest Anthropology.
