University of Minnesota faculty and staff from a range of disciplines will offer four publicly-engaged bootcamps in an exploration of how particular methodologies can be incorporated into teaching and research and how publicly-engaged scholarship can be applied to individual scholars' work.

The bootcamps will be held on Friday mornings from 9 to 11 a.m. beginning October 19 in the Crosby Seminar Room, Northrop Memorial Auditorium. All sessions are free and open to the public; no registration is required.

Sessions include:

• October 19: Digital Storytelling
• October 26: Community-based Participatory Action Research
• November 9: Action Research
• November 16: Citizen Science.
