Join the Institute for Advanced Study, Northrop, and your fellow science, history, and anthropology lovers for a discussion of Elizabeth Kolbert’s The Sixth Extinction in advance of her talk on UMN’s Carlson Family Stage on April 13! This intimate and thought-provoking conversation will be led by University of Minnesota Professors Sally Gregory Kohlstedt (Program in the History of Science and Technology) and Katsumi Matsumoto (Earth Sciences).

Please bring your own copy of the book. Light refreshments will be provided, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase at Surdyk’s Northrop Cafe.
