Reggie Prim, January 2008

Reggie Prim is a sought after speaker on activist art, arts in the public domain and the community cultural development movement, who leads workshops, designs public arts experiences, and serves as a volunteer leader for a number of cultural organizations in the Twin Cities. He served as the community programs manager at the Walker Art Center in Minneapolis until February of 2007 where he created programs that sought to activate the social potential of the work being presented. He is also a Playwrightcultural workerradio hostarts writer, and the co-author of Art and Civic Engagement: Mapping the Connections, a “process-map” for creating arts based civic engagement programs.
